Customs fees are levied by the government of the country that the goods are shipped to, and so are out of our control. As is industry standard, all custom/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes when you finished shopping you will receive an order confirmation to the email you´ve submitted when placing the order. If you haven´t received an order confirmation please check your spam cart or contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it.
If you wish to cancel your order you’ll need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org, write your order number as subject. If your order is already proceeded at our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that all orders placed during weekends and holidays cannot be cancelled.

It is recommend that you turn the garment inside out for washing, this will protect it and pro long it’s life.
You must ALWAYS follow the washing instructions mentioned in the label inside the item you bought.

– Do not bleach, dry clean or directly iron the jeans, jackets, t-shirts or hods in the outside or in printed areas unless it’s specified you can do so.
