Shipping and Delivery:

Our Staff will ship orders out as soon as possible and once the payment is confirmed. In general, please allow 3 business days for processing time on special times of the year like holidays season or National holidays it can take up to 5 business days but we always aim to process your order quickly. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description, for example Pre-orders that will have a specific shipping date. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. We use Portugal Mail Services for all shipments, all orders will provide a tracking number you can track your package at: (Link Correios)

We don’t deliver to post office boxes, army post office and/or fleet post office addresses.

Wonder Worker Denim Laboratory – Research and Development cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.

Customs and import duties:

If you do not live in a EU country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so please contact your local customs office to find out more.

Estimated time of delivery:

If your address is in Europe the it can take anywhere from 2 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Shipping delivery times for the rest of the world may vary between 2 and 6 weeks.
Should more days pass, please contact shop@wonderworkerdenimlab.com and we will look into it. Use your order number as the subject line. The estimated delivery times are guidelines, and keep in mind that time of delivery may be longer during public holidays.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order you’ll need to contact shop@wonderworkerdenimlab.com, write your order number as subject. If your order is already proceeded at our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that all orders placed during weekends and holidays cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges:

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage. You, the customer, are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Returned orders and items that received free shipping will receive a refund minus the shipping fee. Only ship from a home or address you deem safe, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or stolen orders once the delivery has been made.

Send us an e-mail to shop@wonderworkerdenimlab.com with your specific case, before sending the item back to us. We can only accept returns for the following:

– Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
– Goods supplied incorrectly
– Goods that vary from their description on the website

You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in the case that you need to exchange your package. Any merchandise returned to us by post must be done so, so as the merchandise is protected from damage.

We are not responsible for merchandise returned that is lost in transit. It is recommended that you choose to return your items with a method that provides you with a tracking number to ensure successful return delivery.

The item you will receive has a tape as security seal. If you cut it of, you cannot return the item.

You can refund or exchange items that you are not happy with within 8 working days of purchase. All products are inspected when they return back to our warehouse. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send this back to you.
